The Story of the Number Six (6) for Kindergarten .. Number Stories for Kids

The Story of the Number Six (6) for Kindergarten
The teacher reads the story and writes it on the board to capture the children’s attention. She draws a 6 and says:
While the number Six was on a trip with his friends, he looked over and saw six eggs in a nest.
He thought about taking them without anyone seeing him, so he went to his friends and said: “I’m going to the bathroom.”
Then he hurried over to the six eggs, meaning to take them.
Just then the mother bird came, swooped down on the number Six, and pecked him hard — so the number Six cried out in pain.
He said: “This is what I get for my lying and my greed.” His friends ran over to help him.
He apologized to them and thanked them for what they had done for him.
The mother or teacher tells the children what we learn from the story:
- Always be truthful in word and deed.
- Don’t lie about anything — God dislikes a liar.
- Lying always ends badly for the one who does it.
- Love for your brother what you love for yourself.
- Greed has serious consequences.
- You must apologize when you do something wrong.

A Song About the Number Six (6)
After we finish the story, the teacher waves her hand to draw the shape of a 6 and sings with the children while she draws the number on the board, moving her hands along with the words:
There were six (سِتّة — sitta) rabbits sitting up on the shelf.
The first fell off — five were left.
The second fell off — four were left.
The third fell off — three were left.
And the fourth too — two were left.
Then the fifth — one was left.
And the sixth fell — none were left at all, oh, oh!
