The Story of the Number Three (3) for Kindergarten

The teacher reads the story, writes it on the board, draws a 3, and says:

While the number three was strolling around the village, he saw two children quarreling, so he asked them, “What’s wrong with you? Why all this fighting?”

The two children answered him, “This is none of your business.” Then the number three noticed that they were fighting over three bananas.
So he said to them, “I have the solution: each one of us takes a banana.” The two children agreed to this solution, and the three friends began happily eating the three bananas,
and they thanked the number three for his clever thinking.

The mother or teacher then tells what we learn from the story:

  • Fair sharing
  • Whoever is present at the sharing should share in it.
  • Good behavior was the reason the problem was solved.
  • Strive to make peace between people.
  • Spread good character.
