سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق روضتي (Rawdaty)

نحن في بالعربي أبس (بالعربي نتعلم / Belaraby Apps) نحترم خصوصية الأطفال وأولياء أمورهم والمعلمين، ونلتزم بحمايتها. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق روضتي (Rawdaty) وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها وحقوقك بشأنها.

تطبيق روضتي تطبيق تعليمي موجَّه للأطفال من سن 3 إلى 8 سنوات. الحسابات يُنشئها ويديرها البالغون (وليّ الأمر أو المعلّم أو إدارة المدرسة) نيابةً عن الطفل.

باختصار: التطبيق لا يعرض أي إعلانات، ولا يستخدم أي تحليلات من طرف ثالث، ولا يتتبّع المستخدمين عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى، ولا نبيع بياناتك أو بيانات طفلك أبداً.

١) البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل التطبيق.

ما لا نجمعه إطلاقاً: العنوان، أو البريد الإلكتروني للطفل، أو الموقع الجغرافي، أو الصور، أو مقاطع الفيديو، أو التسجيلات الصوتية، أو جهات الاتصال. ولا نطلب من الطفل أي بيانات تواصل.

لا نجمع ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك البنكية — تتم جميع عمليات الدفع عبر App Store من Apple أو Google Play، وهما من يعالجان بيانات الدفع.

٢) لا إعلانات ولا تتبّع ولا تحليلات من طرف ثالث

لا يعرض التطبيق أي إعلانات إطلاقاً — لا إعلانات سلوكية ولا سياقية — ولا يتعامل مع أي شبكة إعلانية.
لا يستخدم التطبيق أي تحليلات من طرف ثالث (Third-Party Analytics).
لا نجمع معرّف الإعلان (IDFA / AD ID)، ولا نتتبّع المستخدمين عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى.
الخدمة الوحيدة من طرف ثالث التي تتلقّى بيانات تشخيصية تلقائية هي Firebase Crashlytics لتقارير الأعطال، وهي بيانات تقنية عن استقرار التطبيق لا تتضمّن اسم الطفل ولا رسوماته. (بقيّة خدمات Firebase التي نستخدمها مذكورة في القسم ٥، وتعمل كمعالج بيانات نيابةً عنا ووفق تعليماتنا.)

٣) كيف نستخدم البيانات

تشغيل التطبيق وحفظ تقدّم الطفل ومزامنته بين الأجهزة.
المصادقة وتأمين الحساب ومنع الاستخدام غير المصرّح به.
تفعيل ميزات المدارس (الصفوف والواجبات والتقييم) لحسابات المعلّمين والأهل.
إدارة الاشتراكات وتفعيل المحتوى المميّز.
إصلاح الأعطال وتحسين جودة التطبيق عبر بيانات مجمّعة ومجهّلة قدر الإمكان.

٤) خصوصية الأطفال (COPPA / GDPR / حماية الطفل)

روضتي مصمَّم للأطفال، ونلتزم بمبادئ قانون حماية خصوصية الأطفال على الإنترنت (COPPA)، واللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات في الاتحاد الأوروبي (GDPR)، وما يماثلها من أنظمة حماية خصوصية الأطفال:

لا نجمع من الطفل سوى الحد الأدنى اللازم للوظيفة التعليمية (الاسم الأول والرسومات والتقدّم)، ولا نطلب منه بيانات شخصية للتواصل.
يُنشئ الحساب ويديره بالغ نتحقّق من رقم هاتفه برمز SMS لمرة واحدة، وهو من يمنح الموافقة على جمع بيانات الطفل المحدودة المذكورة أعلاه، ويُقرّ عند إنشاء الحساب بأنه وليّ أمر الطفل أو مخوَّل قانوناً بالتصرّف نيابةً عنه. الطفل لا يُنشئ حساباً بنفسه، ولا يُطلب منه أي بيانات تواصل.
رسومات الطفل وبيانات تقدّمه تبقى داخل حسابه، ولا تظهر إلا للبالغين الذين يديرون هذا الحساب (وليّ الأمر أو المعلّم أو إدارة المدرسة). لا تُنشر علناً، ولا تُشارَك مع أي طرف ثالث، ولا تُباع، ولا تُستخدم في الإعلانات.
لا يستطيع الطفل إرسال رسائل أو محادثة أي شخص داخل التطبيق، ولا نشر أي محتوى علناً، ولا التواصل مع الغرباء. تتوفّر مراسلات بين البالغين فقط (المعلّم ووليّ الأمر) بخصوص متابعة الطالب، ضمن حسابات المدارس.
لا نبيع بيانات الأطفال ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية، ولا نستخدمها لبناء ملفات تعريف عن الطفل.
يحق لوليّ الأمر مراجعة بيانات طفله أو حذفها أو سحب الموافقة في أي وقت (انظر القسم ٨).
إذا علمنا أن بيانات شخصية لطفل قد جُمعت دون موافقة وليّ أمره، سنحذفها فوراً — يُرجى التواصل معنا.

٥) الخدمات التي نستخدمها

لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات موثوقين بقدر ما يلزم لتشغيل التطبيق:

Google Firebase (المصادقة، قاعدة البيانات، الدوال السحابية، تقارير الأعطال Crashlytics، App Check) — كمعالج بيانات نيابةً عنا ووفق تعليماتنا.
خوادمنا الخاصة (Belaraby Apps) — للتحقق من صحة الاشتراكات لدى Apple وGoogle.
Apple App Store / Google Play — لمعالجة عمليات الشراء والاشتراكات والتحقق منها.

لا نشارك بيانات الأطفال مع أي شبكة إعلانية أو خدمة تحليلات من طرف ثالث أو وسيط بيانات (Data Broker).

قد نُفصح عن البيانات إذا تطلّب القانون ذلك أو لحماية حقوقنا وسلامة المستخدمين.

٦) الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال فترة نشاط الحساب وللمدة اللازمة للأغراض الموضّحة أعلاه. عند حذف الحساب نحذف بيانات الطفل المرتبطة به أو نجعلها مجهّلة، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونياً (مثل سجلات الفوترة).

٧) أمن البيانات

نستخدم النقل المشفّر (HTTPS/TLS)، والتخزين الآمن للبيانات الحساسة على الجهاز، وقواعد وصول صارمة على الخادم، وخدمة Firebase App Check للتحقق من أن الطلبات تأتي من التطبيق الأصلي. ومع ذلك لا يمكن ضمان أمان أي نظام بنسبة 100%.

٨) حقوقك وحذف الحساب

يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها. لحذف حسابك وبيانات طفلك بالكامل، راسلنا على admin@belarabyapps.com وسننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً. (إذا توفّر خيار حذف الحساب داخل التطبيق، يمكنك استخدامه مباشرة.)

٩) النقل الدولي للبيانات

قد تُعالَج بياناتك وتُخزَّن على خوادم Google/Firebase في دول أخرى. نتّخذ إجراءات معقولة لضمان حماية بياناتك وفق هذه السياسة أينما عولجت.

١٠) التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث». استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يُعدّ قبولاً للسياسة المعدّلة.

We at Belaraby Apps (بالعربي أبس / بالعربي نتعلم) respect and protect the privacy of children, their parents, and teachers. This policy explains what data the Rawdaty app collects, how we use and protect it, and your rights.

Rawdaty is an educational app intended for children aged 3–8. Accounts are created and managed by adults (a parent, teacher, or school administrator) on behalf of the child.

In short: the app shows no ads, uses no third-party analytics, does not track users across other apps or websites, and we never sell your data or your child’s data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the app.

We never collect: address, a child’s email, location, photos, videos, audio recordings, or contacts. We never ask a child for contact information.

We do not collect or store your card/banking details — all payments are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play, which handle payment data.

2. No Ads, No Tracking, No Third-Party Analytics

The app shows no advertising at all — neither behavioural nor contextual — and uses no ad network.
The app uses no third-party analytics.
We collect no advertising identifier (IDFA / AD ID) and do not track users across other apps or websites.
The only third-party service that receives automatic diagnostic data is Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports — technical data about app stability that contains no child’s name and no drawings. (The other Firebase services we use are listed in Section 5 and act as a data processor on our behalf and on our instructions.)

3. How We Use Data

To run the app and save/sync the child’s progress across devices.
For authentication, account security, and preventing unauthorised use.
To enable school features (classes, homework, grading) for teacher and parent accounts.
To manage subscriptions and unlock premium content.
To fix crashes and improve the app using aggregated, where possible de-identified, data.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA / GDPR / Child Protection)

Rawdaty is designed for children and follows the principles of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and comparable children’s privacy laws:

We collect only the minimum needed for the educational function (first name, drawings, progress) and never request a child’s contact information.
An account is created and controlled by an adult whose phone number we verify by one-time SMS code. That adult gives consent for the limited child data described above and, on creating the account, confirms they are the child’s parent/guardian or are otherwise legally authorised to act for them. A child never creates an account and is never asked for contact details.
A child’s drawings and progress stay inside their own account and are visible only to the adults who manage that account (parent, teacher, or school administrator). They are never published publicly, never shared with any third party, never sold, and never used for advertising.
A child cannot message or chat with anyone in the app, cannot publish any content publicly, and cannot contact strangers. Messaging exists only between adults (teacher and parent) about a student’s progress, within school accounts.
We never sell children’s data and never share it with any third party for marketing, and we do not use it to build profiles of a child.
A parent may review, delete, or withdraw consent for their child’s data at any time (see Section 8).
If we learn that a child’s personal data was collected without parental consent, we will delete it immediately — please contact us.

5. Services We Use

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers as needed to operate the app:

Google Firebase (authentication, database, cloud functions, Crashlytics crash reporting, App Check) — acting as a data processor on our behalf and on our instructions.
Our own servers (Belaraby Apps) — to verify subscriptions with Apple and Google.
Apple App Store / Google Play — to process and verify purchases and subscriptions.

We do not share children’s data with any ad network, third-party analytics service, or data broker.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and user safety.

6. Data Retention

We retain data while the account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes above. When an account is deleted, we delete or de-identify the associated child data, except where law requires retention (e.g. billing records).

7. Data Security

We use encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), secure on-device storage for sensitive data, strict server-side access rules, and Firebase App Check to verify that requests come from the genuine app. No system, however, can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You may access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data. To delete your account and your child’s data entirely, email us at admin@belarabyapps.com and we will action the request within 30 days. (If in-app account deletion is available, you may use it directly.)

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored on Google/Firebase servers in other countries. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in line with this policy wherever it is processed.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
