سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق روضتي (Rawdaty)

نحن في بالعربي أبس (بالعربي نتعلم / Belaraby Apps) نحترم خصوصية الأطفال وأولياء أمورهم والمعلمين، ونلتزم بحمايتها. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق روضتي (Rawdaty) وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها وحقوقك بشأنها.
تطبيق روضتي تطبيق تعليمي موجَّه للأطفال من سن 3 إلى 8 سنوات. الاستخدام العادي للتطبيق لا يحتاج إلى أي حساب. الحسابات موجودة فقط لوضع المدرسة ووضع التعليم المنزلي، ويُنشئها ويديرها البالغون (وليّ الأمر أو المعلّم أو إدارة المدرسة) نيابةً عن الطفل.
باختصار: التطبيق لا يعرض أي إعلانات، ولا يستخدم أي خدمة تحليلات من طرف ثالث، ولا يجمع معرّف الإعلان، ولا يتتبّع المستخدمين عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى، ولا نبيع بياناتك أو بيانات طفلك أبداً.
١) البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل التطبيق.
أ. بيانات تبقى على الجهاز فقط (الاستخدام العادي بدون حساب)
- الاسم الأول للطفل وصورته الرمزية (اختياري، يُدخله البالغ) — لميزة «اكتب اسمك» وتخصيص التجربة.
- رسومات الطفل وتقدّمه ونتائجه ونجومه — لحفظ التقدّم وعرضه في منطقة الأهل داخل التطبيق.
هذه البيانات تُحفظ على جهازك ولا تُرسل إلى خوادمنا. حذف التطبيق يحذفها.

إذا سجّل بالغ دخوله بحساب من نفس التثبيت، يُربط معرّف التثبيت بذلك الحساب لنعرف أي حملة قادت إلى الاشتراك. لا نستخدم معرّف التثبيت لأي غرض آخر.
ما لا نجمعه إطلاقاً: العنوان، أو البريد الإلكتروني للطفل، أو الموقع الجغرافي، أو الصور، أو مقاطع الفيديو، أو التسجيلات الصوتية، أو جهات الاتصال، أو معرّف الإعلان. ولا نطلب من الطفل أي بيانات تواصل.
لا نجمع ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك البنكية — تتم جميع عمليات الدفع عبر App Store من Apple أو Google Play، وهما من يعالجان بيانات الدفع.
٢) لا إعلانات ولا تتبّع ولا تحليلات من طرف ثالث
- لا يعرض التطبيق أي إعلانات إطلاقاً، ولا يتعامل مع أي شبكة إعلانية.
- لا يستخدم التطبيق أي خدمة تحليلات من طرف ثالث. القياس الوحيد الموجود هو قياسنا الخاص المذكور في البند ١-ج، ويجري على خوادمنا.
- لا نجمع معرّف الإعلان (IDFA / AD ID)، ولا نتتبّع المستخدمين عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى. مصدر التثبيت الذي نقرؤه من Google Play يخصّ روابط موقعنا نحن فقط.
- الخدمة الوحيدة من طرف ثالث التي تتلقّى بيانات تشخيصية تلقائية هي Sentry لتقارير الأعطال (انظر البند ٥).
٣) كيف نستخدم البيانات
- تشغيل التطبيق وحفظ تقدّم الطفل على الجهاز.
- المصادقة وتأمين الحساب ومنع الاستخدام غير المصرّح به، بما في ذلك الحدّ من محاولات الدخول المتكررة.
- تشغيل ميزات المدارس (الصفوف والواجبات والتقييم) وميزات التعليم المنزلي.
- إدارة الاشتراكات وتفعيل المحتوى المميّز.
- إصلاح الأعطال، وقياس أداء شاشة الاشتراك وحملاتنا الخاصة، ببيانات مجهّلة.
الأساس القانوني للمعالجة (وفق اللائحة الأوروبية GDPR): تنفيذ العقد معك (الحسابات والاشتراكات والواجبات)، ومصلحتنا المشروعة في تأمين الخدمة وقياس أدائها بأقل قدر من البيانات، وموافقتك (بريد الاسترداد ورقم الهاتف الاختياريان)، والتزاماتنا القانونية (سجلات الفوترة).
٤) خصوصية الأطفال (COPPA / GDPR / حماية الطفل)
روضتي مصمَّم للأطفال، ونلتزم بمبادئ قانون حماية خصوصية الأطفال على الإنترنت (COPPA)، واللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات في الاتحاد الأوروبي (GDPR)، وأنظمة حماية البيانات المعمول بها في الدول التي نعمل فيها:
- في الاستخدام العادي لا نجمع من الطفل أي بيانات على خوادمنا؛ اسمه ورسوماته وتقدّمه تبقى على الجهاز.
- الحساب — إن وُجد — يُنشئه ويديره بالغ برمز استلمه من المدرسة أو منّا. يجب أن يكون منشئ الحساب وليّ أمر الطفل أو مخوَّلاً قانوناً بالتصرّف نيابةً عنه، أو المدرسة بصفتها مخوَّلة من أولياء الأمور. الطفل لا يُنشئ حساباً بنفسه، ولا يُطلب منه أي بيانات تواصل.
- في وضع المدرسة، تُدخل المدرسة اسم الطالب، وتظهر واجباته ورسوماته للمعلّم ولأولياء الأمور المرتبطين به فقط. لا تُنشر علناً، ولا تُشارَك مع أي طرف ثالث، ولا تُباع، ولا تُستخدم في الإعلانات.
- لا يستطيع الطفل إرسال رسائل أو محادثة أي شخص داخل التطبيق، ولا نشر أي محتوى علناً.
- لا نبيع بيانات الأطفال ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية، ولا نستخدمها لبناء ملفات تعريف عن الطفل.
- يحق لوليّ الأمر مراجعة بيانات طفله أو حذفها أو سحب الموافقة في أي وقت (انظر البند ٨).
- إذا علمنا أن بيانات شخصية لطفل قد جُمعت دون موافقة وليّ أمره، سنحذفها فوراً — يُرجى التواصل معنا.
٥) الخدمات التي نستخدمها
لا نبيع بياناتك. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي خدمات موثوقين بقدر ما يلزم لتشغيل التطبيق:
- خوادمنا الخاصة المستضافة لدى DigitalOcean في فرانكفورت، ألمانيا (الاتحاد الأوروبي) — الحسابات والمدارس والواجبات والتحقق من الاشتراكات وقياسنا الخاص.
- Sentry (sentry.io) — تقارير الأعطال فقط، كمعالج بيانات نيابةً عنا؛ لا نرسل إليها بيانات شخصية ولا لقطات شاشة.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — لمعالجة عمليات الشراء والاشتراكات والتحقق منها وإرسال إشعارات التجديد إلينا.
- مزوّد البريد الإلكتروني لدينا — لإرسال رمز التحقق لمرة واحدة عند إضافة بريد استرداد.
لا نشارك بيانات الأطفال مع أي شبكة إعلانية أو خدمة تحليلات من طرف ثالث أو وسيط بيانات. قد نُفصح عن البيانات إذا تطلّب القانون ذلك أو لحماية حقوقنا وسلامة المستخدمين.
يمكنك التواصل معنا عبر واتساب من داخل التطبيق؛ هذا اختياري، وتنطبق حينها سياسة خصوصية واتساب على تلك المحادثة.
٦) الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
- بيانات الحساب: طوال فترة نشاط الحساب. جلسات الدخول تنتهي بعد 90 يوماً من عدم الاستخدام.
- سجلات الأجهزة المسجَّل دخولها: حتى تسجيل الخروج من الجهاز أو انتهاء جلسته.
- بيانات التثبيت وأحداث شاشة الاشتراك المجهّلة: تُحذف تلقائياً بعد 24 شهراً.
- سجل الإجراءات الإدارية: طوال فترة نشاط حساب المدرسة أو الإدارة، لأغراض الأمان.
- تقارير الأعطال: 90 يوماً لدى Sentry.
- سجلات خادم الويب (وتتضمّن عنوان IP لأغراض الأمان): نحو أسبوعين.
- سجلات الفوترة: للمدة التي يفرضها القانون.
عند حذف الحساب نحذف الحساب وعضوياته وأجهزته وجلساته، ولا يعود معرّف التثبيت مرتبطاً بأي حساب.
٧) أمن البيانات
نستخدم النقل المشفّر (HTTPS/TLS)، وتخزين الأرقام السرية بدوال تجزئة، والتخزين الآمن للجلسات على الجهاز، وقواعد وصول صارمة على الخادم، والحدّ من محاولات الدخول المتكررة. ومع ذلك لا يمكن ضمان أمان أي نظام بنسبة 100%.
٨) حقوقك وحذف الحساب
يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها أو طلب نسخة منها. يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف الحساب (مع إعادة إدخال الرقم السري)، أو مراسلتنا على admin@belarabyapps.com وسننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يوماً. ويحق لك أيضاً تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات في بلدك.
٩) النقل الدولي للبيانات
نحن شركة مسجَّلة في مصر. تُعالَج بيانات الحسابات وتُخزَّن على خوادمنا في ألمانيا (الاتحاد الأوروبي)، وقد تُعالَج تقارير الأعطال لدى Sentry في الولايات المتحدة. نتّخذ إجراءات معقولة لضمان حماية بياناتك وفق هذه السياسة أينما عولجت.
١٠) التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث». وإذا كان التغيير جوهرياً في طريقة جمع بيانات الأطفال أو استخدامها، فسنُخطر أصحاب الحسابات داخل التطبيق أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني، ونطلب موافقة وليّ الأمر مجدداً حيث يقتضي القانون ذلك.

We at Belaraby Apps (بالعربي أبس / بالعربي نتعلم) respect and protect the privacy of children, their parents, and teachers. This policy explains what data the Rawdaty app collects, how we use and protect it, and your rights.
Rawdaty is an educational app intended for children aged 3–8. Normal use of the app needs no account at all. Accounts exist only for school mode and home-schooling mode, and are created and managed by adults (a parent, teacher, or school administrator) on behalf of the child.
In short: the app shows no ads, uses no third-party analytics service, collects no advertising identifier, does not track users across other apps or websites, and we never sell your data or your child’s data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum needed to run the app.
A. Data that stays on the device only (normal use, no account)
- The child’s first name and avatar (optional, entered by the adult) — for the “Write Your Name” feature and personalisation.
- The child’s drawings, progress, scores, and stars — to save progress and show it in the in-app parent area.
This data is stored on your device and is not sent to our servers. Deleting the app deletes it.
B. Account data (school and home-schooling modes only)

If an adult signs in to an account from the same install, the install identifier is linked to that account so we know which campaign led to a subscription. We use the install identifier for nothing else.
We never collect: address, a child’s email, location, photos, videos, audio recordings, contacts, or an advertising identifier. We never ask a child for contact information.
We do not collect or store your card or banking details — all payments are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play, which handle payment data.
2. No Ads, No Tracking, No Third-Party Analytics
- The app shows no advertising at all and uses no ad network.
- The app uses no third-party analytics service. The only measurement is our own, described in section 1-C, and it runs on our servers.
- We collect no advertising identifier (IDFA / AD ID) and do not track users across other apps or websites. The install source we read from Google Play concerns links on our own website only.
- The only third-party service that receives automatic diagnostic data is Sentry, for crash reports (see section 5).
3. How We Use Data
- To run the app and save the child’s progress on the device.
- For authentication, account security, and preventing unauthorised use, including limiting repeated sign-in attempts.
- To enable school features (classes, homework, grading) and home-schooling features.
- To manage subscriptions and unlock premium content.
- To fix crashes and to measure the subscription screen and our own campaigns, using anonymous data.
Legal bases (under the GDPR): performance of our contract with you (accounts, subscriptions, homework); our legitimate interest in securing the service and measuring it with minimal data; your consent (the optional recovery email and phone number); and our legal obligations (billing records).
4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA / GDPR / Child Protection)
Rawdaty is designed for children and follows the principles of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the data protection laws of the countries we operate in:
- In normal use we collect no data about the child on our servers; the child’s name, drawings and progress stay on the device.
- An account, where one exists, is created and controlled by an adult using a code received from the school or from us. The person creating it must be the child’s parent or guardian or otherwise legally authorised to act for them, or the school acting with the parents’ authorisation. A child never creates an account and is never asked for contact details.
- In school mode the school enters the student’s name, and the student’s homework and drawings are visible only to the teacher and the linked parents. They are never published publicly, never shared with any third party, never sold, and never used for advertising.
- A child cannot message or chat with anyone in the app and cannot publish any content publicly.
- We never sell children’s data, never share it for marketing, and do not use it to build profiles of a child.
- A parent may review, delete, or withdraw consent for their child’s data at any time (see section 8).
- If we learn that a child’s personal data was collected without parental consent, we will delete it immediately — please contact us.
5. Services We Use
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers as needed to operate the app:
- Our own servers, hosted by DigitalOcean in Frankfurt, Germany (EU) — accounts, schools, homework, subscription verification and our own measurement.
- Sentry (sentry.io) — crash reports only, acting as a data processor on our behalf; we send it no personal data and no screenshots.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — to process and verify purchases and subscriptions and to send us renewal notifications.
- Our email provider — to send the one-time code when a recovery email is added.
We do not share children’s data with any ad network, third-party analytics service, or data broker. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights and user safety.
You can contact us on WhatsApp from inside the app; this is optional, and WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies to that conversation.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: while the account is active. Sign-in sessions expire after 90 days without use.
- Signed-in device records: until the device is signed out or its session expires.
- Anonymous install and subscription-screen data: deleted automatically after 24 months.
- Audit log of administrative actions: while the school or admin account is active, for security.
- Crash reports: 90 days at Sentry.
- Web server logs (which include the IP address, for security): about two weeks.
- Billing records: as long as the law requires.
When an account is deleted we delete the account, its memberships, devices and sessions, and the install identifier is no longer linked to any account.
7. Data Security
We use encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), hashed PINs, secure on-device storage for sessions, strict server-side access rules, and limits on repeated sign-in attempts. No system, however, can be guaranteed 100% secure.
8. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You may access, correct, delete, object to the processing of, or request a copy of your data. You can delete your account inside the app: My account → Delete account (re-entering your PIN), or email us at admin@belarabyapps.com and we will action the request within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
9. International Data Transfers
We are a company registered in Egypt. Account data is processed and stored on our servers in Germany (EU); crash reports may be processed by Sentry in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected in line with this policy wherever it is processed.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how children’s data is collected or used, we will notify account holders in the app or by email and obtain renewed parental consent where the law requires it.
