شروط الاستخدام (اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي) — تطبيق روضتي (Rawdaty)

مرحباً بك في روضتي (Rawdaty) المقدَّم من بالعربي أبس (بالعربي نتعلم / Belaraby Apps). تُشكّل هذه الوثيقة اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي (EULA) الخاصة بالتطبيق. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

١) الأهلية واستخدام الأطفال

التطبيق موجَّه للأطفال، ويجب أن يُنشئ الحساب ويديره بالغ (وليّ الأمر أو المعلّم أو إدارة المدرسة) يبلغ 18 عاماً فأكثر، نيابةً عن الطفل وتحت إشرافه. بإنشائك حساباً لطفل فأنت تُقرّ بأنك وليّ أمره أو مخوَّل قانوناً بذلك، وأنك مسؤول عن كل عمليات الشراء التي تتم من الحساب.

٢) الخدمة

يقدّم التطبيق ألعاباً تعليمية وقصصاً تفاعلية لتعليم الحروف والأرقام والمهارات المبكّرة للأطفال من سن 3 إلى 8 سنوات. بعض المحتوى متاح مجاناً، ويتطلّب المحتوى المميّز اشتراكاً سارياً.

٣) الترخيص باستخدام التطبيق

نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً محدوداً غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراض تعليمية غير تجارية. لا يجوز لك نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو هندسته العكسية أو إعادة توزيعه أو استخدامه بما يخالف هذه الشروط.

٤) الاشتراكات والمدفوعات

يوفّر التطبيق محتوى مميّزاً عبر اشتراك متجدّد تلقائياً:

  • اشتراك شهري — مدته شهر واحد، ويتجدد تلقائياً كل شهر.
  • اشتراك سنوي — مدته سنة واحدة، ويتجدد تلقائياً كل سنة.
  • تختلف الأسعار حسب الدولة والمتجر، ويظهر سعر كل باقة بعملتك المحلية داخل التطبيق وفي شاشة الشراء قبل تأكيد الاشتراك.

لمستخدمي Apple App Store:

  • يُخصم المبلغ من حساب Apple الخاص بك عند تأكيد عملية الشراء.
  • يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم يتم إيقاف التجديد التلقائي قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
  • يُخصم مبلغ التجديد خلال الـ 24 ساعة الأخيرة من الفترة الحالية، وبنفس سعر الباقة المختارة.
  • يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو إيقاف التجديد التلقائي في أي وقت من إعدادات حساب Apple (الإعدادات ← Apple ID ← الاشتراكات) — ولا توجد رسوم إلغاء.

لمستخدمي Google Play:

  • يُخصم المبلغ من حساب Google Play الخاص بك عند تأكيد عملية الشراء.
  • يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم يتم إلغاؤه من تطبيق Google Play (الاشتراكات) قبل تاريخ التجديد.
  • يستمر وصولك للمحتوى حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة، وتخضع عمليات الاسترداد لسياسة Google Play.

إلغاء الاشتراك لا يسترد المدة الجارية؛ يستمر وصولك حتى نهايتها. تخضع المبالغ المدفوعة لسياسة الاسترداد الخاصة بـ Apple أو Google، ولا نتولّى نحن معالجة المبالغ المستردة مباشرة.

٥) الحسابات والمسؤولية

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك وعن كل النشاط الذي يتم من خلاله. أبلغنا فوراً بأي استخدام غير مصرّح به. يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.

٦) الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات التطبيق (النصوص، الرسومات، الأصوات، الشخصيات، الشيفرة البرمجية، العلامة التجارية «روضتي») مملوكة لنا أو مرخَّصة لنا ومحميّة بموجب القوانين. تبقى جميع الحقوق محفوظة.

٧) محتوى المستخدم (رسومات الطفل)

يحتفظ المستخدم بملكية الرسومات التي يُنشئها الطفل داخل التطبيق. وتمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً لتخزينها وعرضها داخل التطبيق (مثل معرض الأهل) لغرض تقديم الخدمة فقط. لا نستخدم رسومات الأطفال لأي غرض تسويقي ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث.

٨) الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام التطبيق، بما في ذلك محاولة اختراقه أو تعطيله أو الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى بيانات الآخرين أو استخدامه لأي غرض غير قانوني.

٩) الخصوصية

يوضّح تعاملنا مع بياناتك وبيانات طفلك في سياسة الخصوصية — روضتي، وهي جزء لا يتجزّأ من هذه الشروط.

١٠) إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا نضمن أن يكون التطبيق خالياً من الأخطاء أو متاحاً دون انقطاع. التطبيق أداة تعليمية مساعدة ولا يُغني عن إشراف البالغين.

١١) حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل أي مسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو تعذّر استخدامه.

١٢) الإنهاء

يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى التطبيق في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت.

١٣) القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية وتُفسَّر وفقاً لها.

١٤) التغييرات على الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يُعدّ قبولاً للشروط المعدّلة.

Welcome to Rawdaty, provided by Belaraby Apps (بالعربي أبس / بالعربي نتعلم). This document is the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) for the app. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility & Use by Children

The app is intended for children, and the account must be created and managed by an adult (a parent, teacher, or school administrator) aged 18 or older, on behalf of and supervising the child. By creating an account for a child, you confirm you are their parent/guardian or otherwise legally authorised to do so, and you are responsible for all purchases made from the account.

2. The Service

Rawdaty provides educational games and interactive stories that teach letters, numbers, and early literacy to children aged 3–8. Some content is free; premium content requires an active subscription.

3. Licence to Use the App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the app in violation of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

The app offers premium content via an auto-renewable subscription:

  • Monthly subscription — one month, renews automatically every month.
  • Yearly subscription — one year, renews automatically every year.
  • Prices vary by country and storefront. The price of each plan is shown in your local currency inside the app and on the purchase sheet before you confirm the subscription.

Apple App Store users:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
  • You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) — there is no cancellation fee.

Google Play users:

  • Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in the Google Play app (Subscriptions) before the renewal date.
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period; refunds are governed by Google Play’s policy.

Cancelling does not refund the current period; access continues until it ends. Payments are subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund policies; we do not process refunds directly.

5. Accounts & Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content (text, graphics, audio, characters, source code, and the “Rawdaty” brand) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. All rights reserved.

7. User Content (Children’s Drawings)

The user retains ownership of drawings the child creates in the app. You grant us a limited licence to store and display them within the app (e.g. the parent gallery) solely to provide the service. We do not use children’s drawings for any marketing purpose and do not share them with any third party.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to others’ data, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Privacy

How we handle your data and your child’s data is explained in the Rawdaty Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. The app is a supplementary educational tool and is not a substitute for adult supervision.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
