سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق حكايات بالعربي

أهلاً بكم في تطبيق حكايات بالعربي المقدَّم من بالعربي نتعلم (“نحن”). خصوصيتكم وخصوصية أطفالكم أمانة لدينا. توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات عند استخدام التطبيق، وسبب جمعها، وكيفية حذفها.
باختصار: التطبيق لا يعرض أي إعلانات، ولا يتتبع المستخدمين عبر التطبيقات الأخرى، ولا نبيع بياناتكم لأي جهة.
١. البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات لتشغيل التطبيق:

ما لا نجمعه إطلاقاً: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، الصور، جهات الاتصال، الموقع الدقيق، التسجيلات الصوتية.
يمكنك استخدام التطبيق وتصفح القصص دون إنشاء حساب — تسجيل الدخول اختياري ومطلوب فقط لبعض المزايا مثل إرسال الملاحظات.
٢. بيانات تبقى على جهازك فقط
التنزيلات للقراءة دون اتصال، والمفضلة، وسجل الإشعارات داخل التطبيق، وموضع القراءة — كلها تُحفظ على جهازك فقط ولا تُرسل إلى خوادمنا، وتُحذف بحذف التطبيق.
٣. خصوصية الأطفال
تطبيقنا موجَّه لمحتوى الأطفال، ونلتزم بأعلى معايير حمايتهم:
- لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية من الأطفال. إنشاء الحساب والشراء مخصصان للوالدين أو الأوصياء.
- لا توجد أي إعلانات داخل التطبيق، ولا إعلانات موجهة سلوكياً.
- الروابط الخارجية وعمليات الشراء محمية ببوابة تحقق للوالدين.
- إذا تبين لنا جمع بيانات من طفل دون موافقة وليّ الأمر فسنحذفها فوراً — راسلونا على البريد أدناه.
٤. الخدمات التي نستخدمها
يعمل التطبيق على خدمات Google Firebase (المصادقة، قاعدة البيانات، الإشعارات، التحليلات، تقارير الأعطال) وتخضع معالجتها لـسياسة خصوصية Google، وتُدار المدفوعات بالكامل بواسطة Apple App Store أو Google Play. لا نشارك بياناتكم مع أي جهة أخرى، ولا نبيعها أبداً.
٥. حذف بياناتك
- من داخل التطبيق: إدارة الحساب ← «حذف جميع البيانات» — يحذف حسابك ورقم هاتفك وملاحظاتك ورموز الإشعارات نهائياً.
- أو راسلنا على البريد أدناه وسنحذف بياناتك خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 30 يوماً.
نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دام حسابك قائماً فقط.
٦. الأمان
تُنقل جميع البيانات مشفّرةً عبر HTTPS، وتُخزَّن لدى Google Firebase وفق قواعد وصول صارمة لا تتيح الاطلاع على بياناتك إلا لحسابك.
٧. الإشعارات
يمكنكم إيقاف الإشعارات في أي وقت من إعدادات الجهاز دون أي تأثير على عمل التطبيق.
٨. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
سننشر أي تحديث على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ “آخر تحديث” أعلاه.

Privacy Policy — Hakayat (حكايات بالعربي)

Welcome to Hakayat, an Arabic children’s stories app by Belaraby Apps (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how to delete it.
In short: the app shows no ads, does not track users across other apps or websites, and we never sell your data.
1. Data we collect
We collect the minimum needed to run the app:

We never collect: name, email, photos, contacts, precise location, or audio recordings.
You can browse and read stories without an account — signing in is optional and only needed for certain features such as sending feedback.
2. Data that stays on your device
Offline downloads, favorites, the in-app notifications list, and reading position are stored on your device only, are never uploaded to our servers, and are removed when you delete the app.
3. Children’s privacy
Our content is made for children, and we hold ourselves to the highest standard of protecting them:
- We do not collect personal data from children. Account creation and purchases are intended for parents/guardians.
- There are no ads in the app and no behavioral advertising of any kind.
- External links and purchases are protected by a parental gate.
- If we learn that a child’s personal data was collected without parental consent, we will delete it immediately — contact us below.
4. Services we use
The app runs on Google Firebase (authentication, database, notifications, analytics, crash reporting), processed under the Google Privacy Policy. Payments are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We share data with no one else and never sell it.
5. Deleting your data
- In the app: Account Management → “Delete all data” — permanently removes your account, phone number, feedback, and notification tokens.
- Or email us (below) and we will delete your data within 30 days.
We retain data only while your account exists.
6. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored on Google Firebase under strict access rules that restrict your data to your own account.
7. Notifications
You can turn notifications off anytime in your device settings; the app works fully without them.
8. Changes to this policy
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
