الشروط والأحكام — تطبيق حكايات بالعربي

باستخدامك تطبيق حكايات بالعربي المقدَّم من بالعربي نتعلم (“نحن”) فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت دون السن القانونية فيجب أن يوافق عليها وليّ أمرك، وهو المسؤول عن استخدامك للتطبيق وعن أي عمليات شراء.

١. الخدمة

يقدّم التطبيق قصصاً وحكايات عربية للأطفال، بعضها مجاني وبعضها متاح فقط للمشتركين (“المحتوى المميز”). يمكن تنزيل القصص للقراءة دون اتصال ما دام الاشتراك سارياً.

٢. الاشتراك

الاشتراك في تطبيق حكايات يمنحك الوصول إلى جميع القصص في التطبيق ما دام الاشتراك سارياً ولم ينتهِ. تُعرض الأسعار ومدة كل خطة داخل التطبيق قبل تأكيد الشراء.

٣. التجديد التلقائي والإلغاء

لمستخدمي Apple App Store:

  • يُحصَّل الثمن من حساب Apple الخاص بك عند تأكيد الشراء.
  • يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم يتم إيقاف التجديد التلقائي قبل نهاية المدة الحالية بـ24 ساعة على الأقل، ويُحصَّل ثمن التجديد خلال الـ24 ساعة السابقة لانتهاء المدة.
  • يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك وإلغاؤه في أي وقت من إعدادات حساب Apple (الإعدادات ← Apple ID ← الاشتراكات) — لا توجد رسوم إلغاء.
  • يمكنك استخدام الاشتراك على أي جهاز مسجَّل بحساب Apple نفسه.

لمستخدمي Google Play:

  • يُحصَّل الثمن من حساب Google Play الخاص بك عند تأكيد الشراء.
  • يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم تلغِه من تطبيق Google Play (الاشتراكات) قبل تاريخ التجديد.
  • يستمر وصولك للمحتوى حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة، وتخضع عمليات الاسترداد لسياسة Google Play.

إلغاء الاشتراك لا يسترد المدة الجارية؛ يستمر وصولك حتى نهايتها.

٤. الحسابات

تسجيل الدخول برقم الهاتف اختياري. أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وعن سرية حسابك. إنشاء الحساب وعمليات الشراء مخصصة للوالدين أو الأوصياء.

٥. الملكية الفكرية

جميع القصص والرسوم والأصوات والتصاميم في التطبيق ملك لـ”بالعربي نتعلم” أو مرخّصة لها. يُمنح المستخدم رخصة شخصية غير تجارية وغير قابلة للنقل للاستخدام داخل التطبيق فقط، ويُحظر نسخ المحتوى أو إعادة نشره أو بيعه أو استخراجه بأي وسيلة.

٦. الاستخدام المقبول

يُحظر إساءة استخدام التطبيق، بما في ذلك محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به، أو الهندسة العكسية، أو تعطيل الخدمة، أو إرسال محتوى مسيء عبر خاصية الملاحظات.

٧. إنهاء الخدمة

يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط. ويمكنك أنت حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (إدارة الحساب ← حذف جميع البيانات).

٨. إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق “كما هو” دون ضمانات من أي نوع. لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق، وذلك إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون.

٩. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر وننشر النسخة الجديدة على هذه الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك عليه.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

By using the Hakayat app by Belaraby Apps (“we”, “us”) you agree to these terms. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the app and any purchases.

1. The service

Hakayat provides Arabic stories for children. Some stories are free; others require an active subscription (“Premium Content”). Stories can be downloaded for offline reading while a subscription is active.

2. Subscription

A subscription gives access to all stories available in Hakayat (قصص وحكايات بالعربي) for as long as it is active. Prices and plan durations are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

3. Auto-renewal and cancellation

Apple App Store users:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown.
  • You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) — there is no cancellation fee.
  • You can use the subscription on any device signed in with the same Apple Account.

Google Play users:

  • Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled in Google Play → Subscriptions before the renewal date.
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period; refunds are governed by Google Play’s policy.

Cancelling does not refund the current period; access continues until it ends.

4. Accounts

Phone sign-in is optional. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and the security of your account. Account creation and purchases are intended for parents/guardians.

5. Intellectual property

All stories, illustrations, audio, and designs in the app are owned by or licensed to Belaraby Apps. You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the content within the app only. Copying, republishing, selling, or extracting the content by any means is prohibited.

6. Acceptable use

Misuse of the app is prohibited, including unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering, disrupting the service, or submitting abusive content through the feedback feature.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Account Management → Delete all data).

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version on this page. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
